First, I need my name spelled correctly, it's Barrett - not Barre.  Second, I would simply like to be certified as a user of and in the SN Ticketing system.  Our leadership has advised against taking the Sys Admin, App Developer, App Specialist, Implementation Specialist & Architect certification etc. courses.
