Varible set is not visible in portal

in the catalog item if i try then it is working fine, but if i open same catalog item in the Service Portal then  variable set is not visible 

there is no client script or UI policy on that variable set 

but still i am unable to see the variable set in the portal

Hi @chandann06 ,

 

1. Ensure for your catalog, variables that are inside variable set - has  Visible on Guides set to True

2. Ensure variable names are not the same as the variable set names

3. Variable sets containing 'Container Start', 'Container Split', or 'Container End' often fail to render in Service Portal. Make sure it is not there in your case
