Hello @MuhmmadU,

The table is called Risks[risk]. For project risks, they are linked by the Task field in the project. Programme risks are linked by the Top Program field.

Yes, they are available on the PDI.

Hi @MuhmmadU !!

In ServiceNow GRC / IRM, there are no separate tables specifically named Project Risk or Program Risk.

Both Project Risk and Program Risk are stored in the same base Risk table.

Table Name

Risk table:

sn_risk_risk

All types of risks — Operational, IT, Project, and Program — are records in this table.

The distinction between Project Risk and Program Risk is logical, not based on different tables.

How Project Risk and Program Risk are identified

Project and Program risks are differentiated using:

  • Risk Profile

  • Entity / Profile Type

  • Related record (Project or Program)

For example:

  • A Project Risk is linked to a Project record

  • A Program Risk is linked to a Program record

But both still reside in:

sn_risk_risk

Are these tables available on a PDI?

Yes, but only after plugin activation

On a PDI, these tables are available only if GRC / IRM plugins are activated, such as:

  • Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

  • GRC: Risk Management

If the plugins are not activated, the tables will not exist in the instance.
