Hello Everyone,
I have one task:- automate tickets from a specific email address.
Example: -
I will send an email (123@gmai.com) to create a ticket. this ticket goes to one particular group (Vamsi group).
How i can write these type of conditions can you please help me. Please check the attached screenshot.

Use assignment rules -> no script needed, will route after creation of ticket.
Or add it into your inbound action (script)/inbound flow (no script needed), will route while creating ticket.
