estimated delivery date is not visible on portal

I wish to see estimated delivery date on portal whenever any new request is created but I am not to see this on portal.

The estimate delivery is empty i want to get the value of the estimate date which is the same on REQ

Can you please explain what it is you are looking for? Your screenshot shows the field already, but it is empty. I ask you for more information and you tell me it is empty and you want to get it filled. The screenshot shows the REQ, so the field is not filled. So either copy the content of the estimate date (which, according to you, is filled) to the empty field, of put that field on the form.
