Export to PDF (portrait) functionality is not working in change request

when user is trying to export to PDF change request it is redirecting to blank page., how to resolve this.

Yep checked in all browsers same issue cleared cache, histroy and cookies too, no use.

Were you able to find a solution for this? Please let me know.

 

I am facing the PDF export failure for sc_req_item table. However, the PDF Export seems to be working fine across other tables ( eg Incident, Problem, Change etc.)
