My customer wants to develop, RITM Approver delegation functionality inn service portal, please suggest, what to do on this?

Hi @Arjun Kumar Le1,
You can create a catalog item and a flow to achieve this. This way you'll have all delegates documented in tickets so you don't face auditing issues on your customer.
Your catalog can include all the fields from the original delegate form. In the flow, you can automatically create this record in the delegate table so your ticket can be closed in seconds (our customer asked for manager approval before inserting the actual delegation, but this is up to your requirement... also we have made the catalog item available to only users who had business_stakeholder license).
