How to reverse normalized value calcaution in CSAT scores ?

Hi All, 

I have been struggling with an issue since couple of weeks not able to understand the process to reverse the normalized value.

Survey = customer satisfaction survey

question = Please rate overall score

Scoring is backward.  

Today = 

A - Excellent = 1

B - Good = 2

C - Fair = 3

D - Poor = 4

Should be =

A - Excellent = 4

B - Good = 4

C - Fair = 2

D - Poor = 1

Impact :

Seems "Please rate overall score" is backwards!  And leads to low score for us!

we have reversed the values in tables

1) asmt_metric_result

2)assessment_instance_question  

3)asmt_assessment_instance

and the values are reversed, here the problem is after reversing the normalized valued didnt changed in the table.

can someone please help me to resolve the issue, how to reverse the normalized value, quick help would really appreciated.

Have you tried with new surveys? As the older ones will not be updated.

Hi Sandeep. 

New surveys are working as expected, problem here is already generated results normalized value we need to reverse it, like we have 4k records which metric value is reversed and for that records normalized value needs to be reversed, i am not able to acheive it.
