We have converted Incidents to a custom table on business requirement. In custom table, the tasks numbers will be same as incident numbers. When we do global search of converted incidents, it's showing as 1 found but no link to the record. Ideally record will be opened automatically when we do global search. Kindly help, how the global search and let me know if we can do any changes so that this will work.
