This looks interesting, but users with tightly controlled security development environments are not able to install these types of extensions without extensive paperwork and long (> 1 year) approval times.
I am able to install the visual code extension. Unfortunately the visual code extension doesn't allow syncing of Ecmascript 2021 files that fall afoul of outdated linting rules. I've tried published hacky workarounds (editing minified files, etc) without luck. This extension appears to have been largely abandoned by ServiceNow (it was updated after 12/23, in May, 2024, contrary to the info on this website. The newest version did not address this longstanding issue.
