Records aren't showing up as selection for the downstream suppliers table

Hi All,

Issue: Current records listed in the company table aren't showing up as a selection on the downstream suppliers list despite being listed on the company table and having the following fields marked as True: Vendor; Third-Party; and Fourth-Party.

Background: The downstream supplier list is supposed to be used to track 4th parties of our current vendors. To track the vendors we have to add them as a downstream supplier by going to the vendors record and clicking [Edit] on the Downstream supplier table.

It appears that "Collection" list that is used to select which record to add as a 4th party populates data from the Company table, however as previously stated there are some records that don't show, even though they should be. (ex, AWS, Microsoft, Bloomberg, etc.)

hi @Ajay Singh2

Do following checks once:

Ensure that there are no ACLs preventing visibility of these records in the downstream supplier selection list. Even if a user has access to the Company table, there might be specific restrictions on how records can be viewed or selected.

If the selection list uses a filter to limit which records are displayed, check the filter conditions applied to the selection list. It might be excluding certain records based on other criteria.

Ensure that the downstream supplier table is properly configured to pull from the Company table. Verify that the relationship between the two tables is correctly established.

I hope my answer helps you to resolve your issue, if yes please mark my answer helpful and correct.

thank you
