Regarding PDI

Hello Everyone,

I'm not able to access my PDI Instance because the instance got inactive, so now it is asking me to create new PDI instance, is their any way that i can activate my instance.

Hi @Swathi KS  ,

if your PDI has been reclaimed due to inactivity, then you’re out of options. It’s not possible to request a PDI back if it has been reclaimed to the pool.

your only option is to request a fresh installation and start from scratch unless you have a backup in place.
