How to Remove "Discuss" button from the problem form?

Check the UI Action, if there is any record with name "Discuss" for problem table.
You can disable that UI Action, if not required.

Hello Satish,
Discuss is part of the Sidebar functionality.
You can disable this as followed:
1. Filter Navigator -> type sys_properties.list
2. Search for "com.glide.cs.collab.enabled" and set the value to "False"

You need to set system property : com.glide.cs.collab.enabled to false

Please share screenshot whether you are referring to native UI or workspace
It can be an UI action which you can deactivate, but please discuss with your customer first before proceeding to check if there is any functionality behind that which they wish to skip
