We are looking for a full-time Senior HRIS Analyst, ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to serve as a critical functional and technical expert in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the ServiceNow HRSD platform. This role requires an exceptional blend of technical prowess, human resources process expertise, and advanced problem-solving skills to drive HR technology solutions.
This is a flexible hybrid role and allows for a blend of remote and on-site work in Los Angeles, requiring presence on-site at least two times a week, and as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the “home office” location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced functional and technical support for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the product’s full capabilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex HR service delivery workflows that align with organizational strategic objectives
- Collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs, and translate those needs into requirements documentation and technical specifications
- Conduct in-depth analysis of unique, unstructured HR technology challenges, developing innovative solutions without relying on predefined templates
- Perform advanced configuration and customization of ServiceNow HRSD to meet intricate business process requirements that streamline HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and increase efficiency; test and deploy solutions
- Create detailed functional and technical documentation, process maps, and system configuration guides; train end users on new and enhanced ServiceNow HRSD functionality
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing HR service delivery processes and technological implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in HRIS systems, with a minimum of 3 years of specialized ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support
- Advanced understanding of HR business processes and technology ecosystems
- Proven ability to analyze complex scenarios and develop strategic, technology-driven solutions
- Strong technical skills in system configuration, workflow design, and integration methodologies
- Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD platform
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the capability to address unprecedented technical and functional challenges
- Experience leading HR process improvement and multi-system automation projects
- Complex workflow design and optimization
- Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities within HRSD, including performance analytics is preferred
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential system limitations
- High degree of adaptability in rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds
- Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementation Specialist
Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $92,600 – $202,200 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the minimum and midpoint of this range.
