Feeling a bit down about this Career

It's been 4 months now and 2 interviews, and still no luck. I have My CSA, implemented a Virtual Agent, along with other implantations like Wiz and Daz, stood up Mid Servers, and still get looked at as having no experience. I am currently working on my scripting fundamentals, system admin advance, and going to start on my CAD after these.

What else can I do to Stand out and land System Admin role or Junior Developer ?

Thank you guys for the advice. I do have to mention I am in a Service Desk role assigned Servicenow projects. Which has been over a year now. The biggest thing for me is guidance, because we have no one that is knowledgeable about ServiceNow at the moment.

Hi @Dylan Galindez

In this case, I recommend starting with the CSA training or watching this playlist.

I have my CSA, and now I'm working on the advanced system administrator and scripting Fundamentals for ServiceNow before I take the CAD

That would be a good approach. I recommend spending some time on the community, seeing what members are asking, and what responses they’re providing. This will help you not only stay informed but also improve your scripting skills as you engage with real-world scenarios.
