It's been 4 months now and 2 interviews, and still no luck. I have My CSA, implemented a Virtual Agent, along with other implantations like Wiz and Daz, stood up Mid Servers, and still get looked at as having no experience. I am currently working on my scripting fundamentals, system admin advance, and going to start on my CAD after these.
What else can I do to Stand out and land System Admin role or Junior Developer ?

"If you think ServiceNow is easy, its wrong."
This is the truest statement I've ever heard on a ServiceNow video.

Yes its not easy and it is equally deep and wide too.

Hi @Dylan Galindez Congratulations in getting your CSA and now working towards your CAD. You're taking all the right steps so don't feel bad. This is all part of the journey to your next role.
I would also recommend participating in your local SNUG, if you haven't already. This is a great place to learn from other ServiceNow folks in your area and pick up some nice tips along the way.

Hope this helps.
