How to change the Now Assist (Virtual Agent) "Thinking" image

Hi Community,

Is there a way to change the "Thinking" image on the Now Assist (Virtual Agent)? Is this controlled through a theming, branding or it requires CSS customization?

Any guidance is much appreciated.
