I want to open Now Assist panel on button click(declarative form action).

I doubt it’s possible; I couldn’t find any documentation related to it.

Hello Ryada, 

 

Not sure if you have got an answer to this yet, if so please let me know, but till patch 3 Australia this was working and after patch 5 it doesnot seem to work. 

 

There is an OOB Client script on Incident table , you can have a look at the same, 

Name : AIA notif - incident
