I want to create ai agent and agentic ai for learning purpose. 

Can anyone please help me to create step by step for ai agent and agentic ai.

Now Assist, AI Agents, and most GenAI plugins are not supported in PDIs, so they cannot be installed or activated in PDI. ServiceNow restricts these capabilities because they require licensing and managed AI services.

If you have project environment /Client instance where ,it is already installed,

Then I will  suggest you to follow youtube and create AI Agent. That way I started.
