I think this is a known issue because other community members have reported the same problem.
It might be a caching issue. Try refreshing your PDI, and if the issue persists, try repairing or reinstalling the Build Agent plugin.

Hi @gmacias
Few community members reported the same.
- Clear your instance cache using Cache.do and check whether performance has been improved
- Refresh the instance from Developer portal
- If still improve response times fails, I will suggest you to release your current instance from the Developer portal and request a fresh PDI.

Hi @gmacias , The prompt number that ServiceNow provides for build agents are limited and once used all, it gets renewd each month for PDI only. You can check how many times you have used the Build agent and given prompt to it?
Also, the limit is 25 prompts per 30 days.
If this response helps you mark it as accepted solution and give it a thumbs up 👍. This help me and community to find answers quickly.
Best Regards,
Saurabh V.
