catalog item cannot be fetched in ai agent through catalog tool

I created a catalog item and an order guide. it has two ref variable coming from user table and group table. I tried to add them through catalog tools in ai agent and those two are not coming. Only some pre populated catalogs are visible in ai agent catalog tool.

I believe that you will want to verify that the Catalog Item is "Conversational":

Hi @Apaul ,

Through virtual Agent we can order catalog item but there is limitation interms of using Order Guide. via VA
