Tricky question with how much everyone is building everything everywhere all at once.
I would say for the next year or two, this is a real risk to any innovation. But you can today prevent this by starting with the https://applibrary.service-now.com/ and checking to see all the OOTB use cases already build by the product teams as a starting point.
But we will probably all be revisiting these automations for a few years as this goes from bleeding edge to leading edge to regular automation type work as it matures.

The current integration that we have setup between Copilot and Not assist looks at SN KBs and then shows the steps on how to submit a specific request and also gives link to the Servicenow Catalog forms. Is there a way to make this more coversational so that the Bot asks questions and based on the response, it creates the request without the user having to fill in the form?
