I am working on a now assist in virtual agent(NAVA) requirement.
Here’s the full context and requirement: a user starts a NAVA chat, then finishes and abandons or ignores it. After the idle timeout, the conversation closes automatically. The requirement is that when this chat closes, a new chat should automatically start with a specific topic, and that topic is used to collect CSAT feedback.
How can I implement this? Currently I could not found any OOB configuration on how a conversation can be started automatically. Also, I do not have access to script includes (eg. VASystemObject) used in VA scope.
