I'm facing an issue with a custom Now Assist configuration and would appreciate any guidance.
I copied the OOTB "Answer Questions About Incident" LLM topic and added Skill Discovery information in the topic Description so that when a user types "Answer questions about incident" in the Now Assist chat, the response includes both:
- The AI-generated answer from the LLM topic
- The Skill Discovery resource displayed at the end of the response
Initially, this was working as expected. The bot returned the AI-generated response along with the Skill Discovery resource in the last row.
However, recently the behavior changed. When the topic is triggered i mean No AI response generated, the Now Assist panel only displays my custom LLM topic/Skill Discovery content, and the AI-generated response is no longer shown.
If I deactivate my copied topic, the OOTB "Answer Questions About Incident" topic works correctly and returns the AI-generated response.
Requirement: The client wants both the AI-generated response and the Skill Discovery resource to be displayed together in the Now Assist panel.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows the recommended approach to append Skill Discovery content while still preserving the original AI-generated response?
