How to disable/Remove the Thumps up and down icon from the now assist response

@295Victor - Australia Patch 3 release + Now Assist in Virtual Agent v19.0 store app, Servicenow  provide new configurations and table that allow you to configure and measure feedback (thumbs up/thumbs down), including text-based granular feedback, from your Virtual Agent or Now Assist Panel.

Hi, unfortunately it is currently not possible to complete disable the feedback feature. As noted by others below, in the Australia version of Now Assist in Virtual Agent, you can enable/disable granular feedback, which is the ability to provide configurable comments alongside thumbs up/down.
