I'm working for a customer right now who has enabled Now Assist for ITSM and there's a lot of focus on the Virtual Agent right now.
The customer specifically does not want to give users the ability to approve or reject requests in the virtual agent.
Right now when a user receives a request to approve or reject, they receive a notification that shows they have a new request with a "View Details" option that will give more information and then ask if they want to approve or reject. I need this to be turned off.
I know that it is a provider notification called "Agentic Workflow Notification." When I click into the notification record, it shows that the notification is in a private scope and thus can't be edited.
Can someone please help me out? I need this completed asap.
