Need workshop deck on servicenow otto/ otto for itsm/ Otto for HRSD

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have a ServiceNow official workshop deck for ServiceNow Otto? I searched through Best Practices/Now Create portal, but I couldn't find any relevant workshop material on otto for itsm/otto for hrsd/only on the capabilities of what otto is.

Are there any other ServiceNow portals or repositories where ServiceNow-published workshop decks for Otto or Otto for ITSM  and Otto for HRSD are available?

So far, I've only been able to find workshop decks for Otto for CSM.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I got one ppt deck on now assist for hrsd but not something like otto for csm.

Workshop deck on otto for ITSM is not available in mynow.

I got this for hrsd... it helped me... but otto consists of everything means nask, nava, aa and moveworks. so would have been better if any ppt there but nvm.. lets see.. need to create by myself then

Hi @Apaul If you cannot find a suitable solution, create the best possible option. Include your ServiceNow account representative and ask them to arrange a workshop or demo so that both you and the client can get a better understanding of the solution.
