Hello everyone,
I have created a catalog item as a non-conversational catalog item. However, in Now Assist, the catalog item is opening in a pop-up window instead of redirecting to the ESC portal.
I would like the Start Request button to redirect the user to the ESC portal directly, rather than opening the catalog item in a pop-up window.
Could anyone please advise on how to achieve this?
