We are currently using AI Search in our Service Portal. It is working properly in prod and dev. For some reason we are getting JavaScript error about nowAssist in our test environment. Any idea on why we are seeing these error only in test? We are not licensed for nowAssist. I compared the configuration of the Service Portal AI Search in dev and test but could not find any difference.

Hi @brianlan25

What Servicenow version you are using?

I will suggest you to raise a ticket to your ServiceNow vendor and take their assistance.

If you are using below  Zurich patch 10 , it seems to be an expected error as it seems it is not finding $sp

Refer : https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB3140899

Screen shot from Australia (compare your server script):

Both dev and test are on Zurich Patch 12. This is pointing to the now assist widget which we are not using. We are using the type ahead search widget.

Hi @brianlan25

I am sharing you a link separately plz check.

It seems its a known issue  PRB2057364 / KB3148424 . Please raise a case with your vendor and check the current status.

Upgrading to Zurich Patch 12m W41 fixed the issue. Also dev is on Zurich Patch 12 W41 which also doesn't have the issue. This weekly patches were the patch levels on each instance is getting out of had.
