Hi All,
I have created Similarity Solution (Based on Short Description getting related incidents). I want to link the Similarity Definition with Incident. So, when the new incident created the list of similar incidents needs to display from Similarity Definition. Please help me to get this.

Hi
You need to go to the Workspace, and then you can check similar incidents in the sidebar panel to see this.

For Incident , Agent Assist [incident] should be included in the SOW.
