Blank screen in Source-to-Pay Workspace

Hi,
I'm working with the Source-to-Pay Workspace (S2P) and I’m running into an issue where the workspace opens but the main content area is completely blank.

The header, navigation panel and shell are rendered, but the workspace does not load any Landing Page / Home Page / components.
UI Builder also opens the experience, but no page or layout is displayed, even though the Workspace application record exists and is active.

This is happening only in S2P Workspace.
Other workspaces (for example CSM/FSM) show the same behavior.

So the workspace is technically launching, but no page is actually loaded inside it.

I would like to understand what could cause this behavior and how to correctly attach or restore the landing page for the S2P Workspace so the main content is displayed instead of a blank screen.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @bately

Try to repair the S2P Workspace plugin.

@bately

are you checking this as admin?

Did you check in some other instance?

Try clearing instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

If you are sure after installing the Plugin for Source to Pay nothing has changed then raise a case with ServiceNow.
