Build Agent in ServiceNow Studio

Hi Team,

As we are aware that from Australia release Build Agent is now supporting scoped/global apps. However, when I try to build something and install it to the instance I was getting the same issue below every time. No matter whether I create a Business Rule in Global Scope, A flow in CSM scope etc. I appreciate your support here.

The instance I'm using is already in Australia patch 3 and the Build Agent version in up to date. I did raised a case with support team however, I'm finding the solution from my end as well.
