Cannot able to fetch repository and not able to discover in change workspace

Cannot able to fetch repository and not able to discover in change workspace.

all the access and permissions are given in github and able to build connection but not able to fetch repository and webhooks and not able to discover it says in error log that user dont have access to import request table but I have all the necessary roles.

Please share the error screen shot . ALso 

Make sure  the "Connection URL" is configured as "https://api.github.com" only.
