Cannot update UI builder to 28.1.57 in PDI

Hi @zayang 

 

If you’re trying this on a PDI, you can’t do it directly, as these plugins have dependencies that need to be installed from the Store. [ I tried in PDI and i can get it updated]

If it’s a client instance, then ask your client to install it from the ServiceNow Store. Once it’s installed, you can upgrade or update it as needed.

@Dr Atul G- LNG , how were you able install in PDI without resolving the dependencies?

Try to sync the plugin first and then try to upgrade.
