1. CRB – Change Review Board / Change Review Board Meeting
CRB stands for Change Review Board (sometimes also called CAB – Change Advisory Board).
It is a group of stakeholders who review, approve, and prioritize changes in IT.
CRB meetings ensure that changes are assessed for risk, impact, and scheduling before implementation.
Uses of CRB in ServiceNow
Review Normal and High-Risk Changes before implementation.
Approve or reject changes based on impact and risk.
Ensure compliance and governance for IT changes.
Coordinate changes across multiple teams.
2. CRM – Change Review Meeting
CRM is sometimes used to refer to Change Review Meeting in ServiceNow.
It is the actual meeting or session where CRB members evaluate pending changes.
Uses of CRM
Discuss and approve emergency and normal changes.
Document decisions made for each change.
Schedule changes in alignment with business priorities.
3. Difference Between CRB and CRM
| CRB | Change Review Board | The group of people responsible for reviewing changes |
| CRM | Change Review Meeting | The event/session where CRB members review changes |
Summary
CRB = People/Board who review changes.
CRM = Meeting where changes are reviewed and approved.
Both ensure changes are controlled, risk-assessed, and approved in ServiceNow.

Hi @Dinesh_Now,
could you possibly share the sources that you have used?
I have never heard of CRB nor CRM, in ServiceNow it was always CAB and CAB meetings. And no documentation for CRB/CRM was found, thus I want to know where did that come from.
Can you please share your resources to learn more?
Thank you

thank you @Dinesh_Now for your reply.
The point is that it shall not be sometimes but always... It is never called Change Review Board in relation to ServiceNow. Please share your motivation to share Change Review Management, where does it come from?
And Sumit said the same thing and you accepted that solution... so it's really strange.
