child level gear icon not working with default view and working on parent level

Hi Folks,

Table having default view on parent level and child level but on child level grear icon and 3 dots afetr name of column are not editable on table and its working fine on parent level also table header click for configuration is not working.

Nothing is happening if you click on gear icon... also all the right clicks actions such as configure, show matching things are also not happening
