Hi Team, I am working on a project that involves Citrix automation, but I have found that there is no documentation available in their community or elsewhere. Could you please assist me with this? Additionally, I have noticed that the action items provided are not reliable. If possible, could you share some best practices for Snow Citrix automation?

Can you share more about the automation you are trying to accomplish?
And please realize that you are on the ServiceNow Community, so I assume you are talking about automation related to the ServiceNow platform? Because Snow is a completely different platform/company than ServiceNow.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Certainly, i am using ServiceNow's RPA Desktop Design Studio for automating the steps.
Below are the high-level steps of the automation i am trying to accomplish:
Log in to NetScaler AAA portal using RSA token authentication.
Access the Citrix environment from the portal.
Within Citrix, launch the required application.
Enter the invoice number in the application.
A tabular data view appears for the entered invoice.
Download the invoice attachment from the application.
Copy the downloaded invoice from the Citrix environment.
Paste and save the file to your local machine (where ServiceNow RPA Studio is installed).
