I am customizing now agent mobile app for my firm, I have no idea How we can create a request applet in now agent app jUST LIKE A SERVICE DESK PORTAL where we create request by selecting catalog. I got to know we cannot create catalog in now agent mobile app But atlease i can. create a form like thing where people can add request submitted for, descriptiion and due date . They can add attachments also. can i create something like this in now agent mobile app. HELP!
