Discovery option not displaying in navigator

Hello, I am using dev instance as a admin role. I am not able to see discovery menu in the Main Navigator though i gave the role as "discovery_admin" for admin user. Pls suggest. 

Tried below:

 

  • Navigate to All Applications: Go to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.

  • Request Plugin Activation: On the All Applications page, select Request Plugin to open the Activate Plugin form.

I dont see any form to fill out. 

 

Also tried clearing the cache in service now application. But cant clear due to unavailability of cache option. Pls help.

Make sure you have Discovery plugin installed , for activating discovery :

You can activate the Discovery plugin through the Developer site.

Hello @revs 

If you are performing this over PDI then you can follow steps given by @Community Alums.

 

If you are doing over dev instance of client, then you first need to get the plugin installed over instance ask you lead or SME to get entitlement of plugin for instance and get it installed or You can also check this https://www.servicenow.com/docs/csh?topicname=t_ActivateTheDiscoveryPlugin.html&version=latest
