Hi everyone,
I’m preparing for the #ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and #Certified ServiceNow Developer (CSD) exams. I would appreciate your advice and strategies for scoring well in these certifications.
Here are a few specific questions:
- What modules should I focus on for hands-on practice to gain in-depth knowledge?
- Are there any micro-certifications that are crucial to complete before these exams?
- What’s the best approach to manage time and practice effectively for both certifications?
- Any tips on leveraging ServiceNow’s documentation or developer instances for hands-on practice?
I’d also like to hear your personal experience and recommendations to prepare better.
Looking forward to your suggestions!
Thank you in advance!

The ONLY thing that's crucial is practice.
To get those certs requires two mandatory courses.
Learn those courses, then practice the content within them.
Don't distract yourself with anything else.
Don't optimize for finding the right resources. Optimize for putting in the time on the tool.
Both those exams are written such that many questions are obvious if you had used some of the tools even once.

Hello @N_Nagababu
The best resource is Nowlearning course.
If you thoroughly prepare the Nowlearning course (either it's CSA or CAD), and for each course, there will be small assessments included in them. Make sure you know the answers and the concept behind those answers. (by referring the Ebook) You will pretty much clear it.
You will get Lab Instances for both the courses, make sure you go through all the hands on labs.
All the Best for your Exams!!!
Please mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped.
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra
