Facing issue in integration between two serviceNow instance using flow designer

I am getting an error in create remote incident action

how are you setting up the integration?

what debugging did you perform so far?

So i have did integration by performing 3 steps first is auth in which i have provided the username and password of target instance and second step is connection in which i have provided the url of target instance and third step i have used flow designer in which trigger action is when incident is created and i have used create remote incident as far as has i have debugged i am able to understand there is some problem in create remote incident action I have attached some screenshots and you can see.
