Hi

Could you please help me on configuration of this on cabworkbench

Meeting Request to Attendees:

1.Clicking “Send meeting request to attendees” sends an email/calendar invite to all Attendees.

2.The meeting email includes the Conference Details section (date/time, call link, dial-in, meeting owner, agenda summary).

3.Failed/undeliverable emails are logged and a notification is sent to the CAB Manager.

Thanks in advance

The problem with undeliverable emails is that when they come back to ServiceNow from the destination they do not have the watermark or the an associated record, so it is not easy to determine what record is responsible for sending the email in the first place. It does contain the address you are sending the email to, but it is in the body of the message, so you would have to fish it out of there.

In a sys_email (the returned email record) there is an Email Attachments related list.
In the Attachment field of this record is the email you originally sent, so you would have to open that email up and query it to get the details of the original record.

A very difficult ask.

Good luck, and let me know if you have any further questions.
