FAILURE: Validations failed. Failed to Order Item.

Hello All,

I am creating an ATF Test for a Catalog item and the Mandatory Attachment is true for that catalog item. After setting the variable values, I have added the step 'Add Attachments to Form (SP)' to attach an attachment but when I run the test, I am getting this error 'FAILURE: Validations failed. Failed to Order Item'.

Has anyone encountered such error? What can be the solution or workaround?
Any help would be much appreciated!

@SifisoN - I assume from screenshot added that you have not added 'Add Attachments to Form (SP)' step only on the Test Script created. Please add that also can you share your Steps screenshot so that i can help you

Hi @Sardash - I am not sure; I think we are not aligned on the steps that are used I used "Service Catalog Portal (SP) ' In service Portal and not the Forms in service Portal. So basically, I am running my Test in Service Portal.

@Sardash - Hi thank you for the response, I am not sure that we are aligned I am using Service Portal for my steps, I am not sure where must any forms as of yet

@SifisoN  - I said the same thing what Ankur is saying. You have not added Add attachment step and that is why it was failing. Please check my previous comments. Also check what all attachment types are allowed to be attached on the Catalog item. That is also one case it might be failing
