FAILURE: Validations failed. Failed to Order Item.

Hello All,

I am creating an ATF Test for a Catalog item and the Mandatory Attachment is true for that catalog item. After setting the variable values, I have added the step 'Add Attachments to Form (SP)' to attach an attachment but when I run the test, I am getting this error 'FAILURE: Validations failed. Failed to Order Item'.

Has anyone encountered such error? What can be the solution or workaround?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi @Sardash @Ankur Bawiskar I also added the Add Atachment step, it clicks order now and it says submitting... and then the fails by still giving me the same error I had initially :  FAILURE: Validations failed. Failed to Order Item. 

is it possible to get on a Microsoft teams call for further assistance?

Since attachment is mandatory and you didn't add Add attachment step, it failed.

Please add that step with some timeout of 10-15 seconds and then try to submit the item

Even when I add the attachment the mandatory Asterix does not change to Grey/populated it remains red
