Flow element ### is of unknown category : CALL_SUBFLOW

I have a subflow containing a For Each. Inside the For Each is another subflow.  The nested subflows are generating this warning each time they're run: 

Flow element Update Worker Organization is of unknown category : CALL_SUBFLOW 

The category shown on both subflows properties is 'Staffing'.  How do I clear this warning?

PRB1729404 was open on the issue.  It is scheduled to be fixed in Xanadu.
