Hello all,
We have a simple requirement of showing Google Maps with a marker when the user populates address field on a form. Specific form view is rendered in a playbook step.
The following are things we tried so far.
1. Using a UI macro and formtter, we loaded the google maps API and map on a form layout. But the moment you render the same form inside playbook, platform just truncates the formatter stuff and the map is not rendered.
2. Tried adding FSM common map via UI formatter. this time atleast DOM shows that there is a component added with some id and palceholder shadow-root, but still no map loaded.
Wanted to hear any inputs form the gurus here, before I set out to create the custom component.

you might have to create a custom activity for playbook.
but I doubt this is feasible.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
