I’m working on a requirement to hide a specific list category from users belonging to a particular group. I created a User Criteria record, configured an Audience excluding the group, and set up the Applicability for Open Requests. However, when I tested by impersonating the user, the list category was still visible, although it should be hidden.
I also tried logging out and back in, clearing the cache, and impersonating the user again, but the issue persists. Could you please help me identify what might be causing this?
