Hi,
I am working on a custom Workspace that has been built from scratch using UI Builder. I have a requirement related to list pagination and would appreciate some guidance.
In the workspace, the list contains multiple pages of records. Based on a specific condition, I need to visually highlight the pagination section (for example, "Page 1" as shown in the attached image) so that users can easily identify pages that contain records matching the condition.
I would like to understand:
-> Is it possible to apply custom styling to the pagination component in Workspace?
-> Can the pagination indicator (page number/current page) be dynamically highlighted based on record data or a custom condition?
-> If this is not supported out of the box, is there a recommended approach using UI Builder, client scripts, data resources, or custom components?
I have attached images for reference.
NOTE:
The attached images are only a sample/demo representation of the pagination area for reference. The actual use case of the workspace may differ, but the requirement is to highlight the pagination dynamically based on a condition. Here in the first image the box contains the page number, but in the workspace view there are page numbers between the arrows, and the arrows can be highlighted as well (second image).
Default classic UI pagination: (Just a demo example)
Default workspace pagination view:
I would appreciate any guidance or recommendations on how this can be achieved.
Thank you!

Hi @DebasmitaS
This is not a ServiceNow-supported feature.
While it may be possible to achieve it through DOM manipulation customization, But ServiceNow does not support or recommend DOM manipulation, as it can lead to instability and compatibility issues during upgrades.
