How can I add a hyperlink to a catalog item in the ESC portal so that it appears as a clickable link

I wanted to add a clickable link of a catalog item in between as shown in the attachment.

is it possible to add, if yes, steps for the configuration.

in ESC portal below topics content section, I want to add the catalog as a hyper link.

ex; create incident is a catalog item and it should be appeared as a clickable link after topic section in ESC.

If you add the HTML widget where you want it on the page, you can add text and clickable links - I tried to demonstrate this in my screenshot but for some reason it came out a little small.
