How do i modify an "instruction" already made in a workflow

Hi, i'm trying to modifiy the text of a steps in a playbook/workflow.

but when i open the instruction in the workflow i dont find any text.

i  find Automation Plan -> Inputs -> Message ?
then after some research i've opened the step in

/sys_pd_activity.do

then i looked for the sys_id of the activies and i went to a page

/sys_pd_activity

and there is nothing in the description.
i dont understand, i have mostly worked with maintain items linked to workflows isnt there is a simplier way, where i just modify a variable text. maybe i'm in the wrong interface.
